Privacy Policy
Portre collects no data. None.
Everything you write — people, memories, photos, voice notes, scores — is stored only on your phone, in the app's own storage.
The app makes no network requests. There is no server, no cloud, no sync. It works exactly the same in airplane mode.
There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.
Photos you attach are copied into the app's local storage on your device. Voice notes are recorded and kept on your device only.
Purchases, if any, are handled entirely by Apple. Portre never sees your payment details.
Deleting a person, a memory, or the app itself permanently removes that data from your phone. We could not recover it if we wanted to — we never had it.
Because no data is collected, there is nothing to share, sell, or delete on any server. If this app ever changes in a way that affects this, this page will be updated before the change ships.

Frequently asked
Can other people see what I write? No. There is no way for anyone — including us — to see your entries. They exist only on your phone.
What happens if I lose my phone? Portre data is included in your normal iPhone backup (iCloud Backup or computer backup). Restoring your phone from a backup restores Portre with it.
Is the zodiac sign calculated automatically? Yes — add a birthday and the sign appears on the person's card and in comparisons.
